Stealing a little bit of fun

One weekend in between our two major trips and we didn't let it go to waste. With the pool always near us, we felt the beach does not hold that much interest anymore. Catalina however asked and asked to go to the beach so she can play in the sand.

So, here we go!

We were on the beach for 4 hours and this is how long she played in the sand. She poured water in the sand, watched it get absorbed. She poured some more. Than she put sand in her buckets, then she picked shells. Then she just laid in the sand. She was happy and relaxed. There was not one single cloud on the sky.

On the way back we stopped at a Chickie & Pete's. Marius wanted sea food, so both ordered it. We figured Catalina won't touch our dishes, since she's quite sensitive to "stinky food", so we got her fried chicken. Well, guess who finished daddy's mussels? :)

And then, for our driver, a little peace :)
Cigars and wine, can't beat that. Actually mommy did beat it with wine and wine :)

We're leaving today for yet another trip. No complaining on our part, we love traveling! Plus, we know our house will be very well guarded. We're leaving this guy in charge at the front door. Let's see who dares to approach it, I know I ran away screaming :)
