Amelia turned 3 yo as best as she knows, with all bells and whistles. There is nothing quiet about her personality. She’s blindingly beautiful, she’s deafening loud in both happiness and frustration. She’s strong headed, determined, persuasive and very sensitive. She’s perfect over and over again!!!
We decorated the house, gave her presents, did all that we could to release a bit of the immense love we have for her.
We had her party to a little kids area where she was able to jump and play. We did not know what to expect, but it was lovely! Ami enjoyed playing and jumping and running and climbing. She is so, so, so loved!
She's keeping us busy and entertained. She's speaking up a storm these days. Mostly English. Once in a while she'll throw a Romanian word, but she's wired in English :). She jumps, climbs, jumps, climbs ( did I say jumps and climbs?? :)) and runs every chance she gets. She's silly and screams louder than I thought possible. She HATES having her hair combed, she is very particular about the clothes and shoes she wears. She's sweet beyond words and shares hugs and kisses generously with us. She's more reserved with people she doesn't know, but we don't mind a bit. She loves chocolate, ice cream, lollipops and broccoli. She still drinks from a bottle and she won't let go of diapers. When asked if she's a big girl as he says no, "I'm a bebelus". So there is a bit of Romanian she speaks :). She had the bluest eyes I've ever seen. And she is still incredibly squishy. One can easily get lost in loving her. I am forever lost and smitten with this piece of liquid sunshine! I love you, Ami. Happy birthday sweet love!!!!
Happy birthday, my little miracle baby!
